Follow-up consultations usually take half an hour to an hour, weekly, fortnightly or less frequently depending on your individual situation and therapy needs. These appointments are important for your ongoing treatment plan monitoring your progress and providing feedback. Improvements you are achieving can mean that your treatment plan needs to change. Slight alterations may also be needed to accelerate your progress and success.
If you have access to an iPad or smartphone, then home practice can be via apps. Telehealth, combined with being vigilant with homework, can often lead to faster results and so reduce the number of follow-up sessions needed.
Home visits are also available on request with an additional fee for travel.
